Tandoori Salmon

Servings: 4 | Prep time: 15 mins | Cooking time: 15 mins

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp - Mystikka Masala Tandoori Blend

1 - fresh lemon, sliced in half

4 tsps - butter

4 tsps - Valentina hot sauce

4 - 4oz filets of fresh salmon, skin-on (washed and cleaned)

1 Tbsp - garlic powder

Salt to taste (if appropriate - do not add if on a low sodium diet)

Add a few dashes of Mystikka Masala Chili Powder  for an extra kick!

Directions:

1. Mix the dry spices together (Mystikka Masala Tandoori Blend and Garlic Powder). Set aside.

2. Get the salmon fillets and season with dry spices on the top evenly.

3. Crumble the butter over the salmon so that it has space to melt while cooking.

4. Drizzle salmon with Valentina sauce evenly.

5. Spray air fryer or baking pan with spray canola oil. Place filets in air fryer or oven at

400F for 12-15 minutes. Check half way through cooking and finish cooking filets until

internal temperature in thickest part of filet is 145F (do not use a meat thermometer).

6. Garnish with sliced scallions or chopped cilantro.

7. Squeeze fresh lemon over filets (ensure no seeds).

8. Season with salt as needed (lemon will add a salty like flavor without the actual sodium if

trying to limit or avoid).

NOTE: Serve next to favorite side (recommend a side chef salad with fresh vegetables or elotes

[Mexican-style street corn])

1. Clean and pat dry chicken wings.

2. In large bowl, mix yogurt with Mystikka Masala Tandoori Blend, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.

3. Squeeze 2 fresh limes without seeds into the mixture and stir well.

4. Add the chicken wings and marinate in fridge for 2-24 hours (depending on how patient you are :) ).

5. Take the tandoori wings and bake in oven at 400F for 20-30 minutes or until the chicken is 165F (do not use a meat thermometer).
